From first-time cheerleaders to elite competitors — we have a program for every athlete, every age, and every goal.

Freedom Rec Cheer teams are designed for youth athletes who want to learn cheer, compete in events, and be part of a supportive team. Our focus is on skill development, teamwork, and confidence — with an emphasis on fun and participation. Competitive cheer focused on competitions, no games or mandatory parent jobs. Parent involvement is optional and volunteer-based only.

Our tumbling program is designed to develop athletes from their very first cartwheel all the way through advanced passes. Classes are grouped by skill level — not just age — so every athlete is challenged appropriately and progresses at their own pace. Private lessons are also available for athletes looking for one-on-one instruction and accelerated skill development.
Cartwheels, round-offs, forward & backward rolls. Building the foundation.
Front walkovers, back walkovers, and connecting skills into passes.
Back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, layouts, and advanced-level tumbling passes.
Tucks, layouts, fulls, and elite-level tumbling passes.
Open Gym is a supervised drop-in session where athletes can practice their skills. Coaches are present to spot and assist. Perfect for extra reps between classes or for athletes who just want to train and have fun.
Open floor time for all skill levels. Tumbling, stunting, and conditioning.
Enjoyment comes first while learning cheer fundamentals. Every practice is built around a positive experience.
Certified coaches create a safe environment for stunting, tumbling, and conditioning at every level.
Athletes learn to work together, respect teammates, and grow — both on and off the mat.
We promote positive body image and physical fitness in every practice, for every athlete.
